Do not sell my personal information
Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications. Learn more about CCPA and your privacy rights.
How to opt out
Residents of the EU and California are automatically exempt from the sale of their data. We use the Shopify platform and have activated the "Limit data collection for EU buyers" and "Limit data collection for California buyers" shown in our store preferences section. When enabled, this feature informs third parties that use the consent tracking API to not sell California customers’ data if they are doing so. Shopify itself never sells your data as the term is defined by the CCPA. (Shopify's position on sale of personal information.)
To be eligible to opt-out, you must be browsing from California.
