All tile came intact with no chips or broken pieces. I was very satisfied!
Some sheets had a few misaligned tiles, some had broken tiles, few had tiles with cosmetic defects. It was fairly easy to replace the defective pieces but it took additional time.

Sorry to hear that some of the tiles arrived damaged! All damaged or defective tiles were covered under our Safe Transit Guarantee and would have been replaced at no charge to you. We used it for a counter-to-ceiling bar backsplash. It looks fantastic and lays out vertically and horizontally in straight rows, so it’s not as hard to lay as a tile of that shape might seem.

I ordered 2 boxes to see if they were the same tiles I was seeing in a store near me. Received them in 5 days packaged incredibly well no broken pieces. They were the same tile I was going to purchase in a store near me for $53 and online they were $36. I then ordered the rest of my square footage and again received them in 5 days with great packaging. Can’t wait for it to be installed looks beautiful!!
