- Orders of this product (excluding samples) can be returned for any other reason within 10 days of receipt for a refund of the tile price minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
- All products must be returned in the same packaging it arrived in.
- Contact us for a return materials authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping. Deliveries without a RMA number indicated will be refused.
OVERAGE: We recommend ordering a minimum of 10% overage to account for design cuts and patterns, and that you keep a box of tile in storage for future repairs.
