Sorry to hear that some of the tiles arrived damaged! All damaged or defective tiles were covered under our Safe Transit Guarantee and would have been replaced at no charge to you. Clearly you have completed the project and the window for reporting damage has passed, however you should still reach out to me at Contact@TileBuys.com letting me know how many tiles were damaged or defective for a partial order credit.
